Previous Tutorial: How to Install XAMPP in your pc

Create MySQL Database, you have to follow these steps

Step 1: Open Xampp software and start Apache and MySQL

Step 2: Go to This Url

Open your browser and enter “http://localhost/phpmyadmin. This will be going to the MySQL setup page.

Step 2: Create a Database Name.

Enter a name for the database, Select Collation from the selection tools and click create. The name must be 64 characters or less and composed of letters, numbers, and underscores. Avoid using numbers at the start of the name. A good name should indicate the purpose of the database. For example- WordPress_database or Database_for_wordpress etc. You don’t need to change the other settings.

Step 3: Ensure the database was successfully created.

You will see your database name in the left sidebar. This database can now be used by any application that requires a MySQL database – for example, WordPress, Joomla Etc.

By default, the username for this database is root and the password is blank (there is none).
